    • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice

    • 1/2 oz Vanilla Bean Sugar simple syrup

    • 1 oz Sonoma Syrup Co.'s Pomegranate Grenadine Simple Syrup

    • 3 oz Champagne or prosecco, chilled

    • Pomegranate arils for garnish

    • Lemon twist for garnish

    • Fresh mint sprig (optional)

    • ½ C Water

    Directions

      2. Heat over medium, stirring until sugar dissolves.

      3. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep 30 minutes.

      4. Strain and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
